Sesame Salmon with Wasabi Mayo Ingredients 3 tablespoons sesame oil 1 ½ tablespoons coconut oil, melted 2-pound salmon fillet ¼ teaspoon sea salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper 1/3 cup light mayonnaise 1 ½ teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon wasabi paste 4 green onions, chopped 2 tablespoons toasted white sesame seeds Directions Fish program (400 deg F for 15 minutes) Line the mesh tray with aluminum foil and drizzle a generous amount of sesame oil and coconut oil. Tilt back and forth until the tray is coated. Place the salmon fillet in the tray (skin facing up if using a fillet with the skin) and brush with the remaining sesame oil. Use the Fish program on the Magma (400 deg F for 15 minutes). The fish should be easy to flake with a fork. Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice and wasabi.
