Rotisserie Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 1/2 tsps sea salt
  • 2 1/2 tsps salt
  • 2 tsps cooking wine
  • Pepper
  • Dash of sugar
  • Green onion
  • Ginger
  • Sesame Oil

Directions

  1. Wash and clean the chicken.
  2. Rub the chicken with sea salt, salt, and cooking wine. Marinate for 1-2 hours; then apply sugar.
  3. Attach the chicken to the rotisserie tool (see manual), and place the chicken into the Air Fryer. Cook at 450℉ for 25-35 minutes. (Cooking times vary depending on cooking size: 1lb. chicken for 25 minutes; 5.5 lbs. chicken takes 30-35 minutes. For frozen chicken, cook for an extra 5 minutes.)
  4. Serve the roasted chicken with your desired sauce.
