Rub the chicken with sea salt, salt, and cooking wine. Marinate for 1-2 hours; then apply sugar.
Attach the chicken to the rotisserie tool (see manual), and place the chicken into the Air Fryer. Cook at 450℉ for 25-35 minutes. (Cooking times vary depending on cooking size: 1lb. chicken for 25 minutes; 5.5 lbs. chicken takes 30-35 minutes. For frozen chicken, cook for an extra 5 minutes.)
Serve the roasted chicken with your desired sauce.
