Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe


  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 7-8 cups gluten-free flour
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • 2 tsps water
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips


  1. Mix the butter. Add salt.
  2. Mix the brown sugar and white sugar with the butter in a dry bowl.
  3. Add the eggs. Mix thoroughly. While mixing, add the water.
  4. Combine the flour and baking soda in a separate bowl. Add it to the wet mixture. Mix evenly while adding the chocolate chips into the mix.
  5. Place your cookie dough evenly onto the baking tray 2 inches apart. Bake at 390℉ for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove the cookies from the baking tray using a spatula, and serve when cooled.
